The total makeover of this home for a family with 2 young
daughters added only 350 sq. ft. to an existing 50's vintage rambler in
Bellevue's Vuecrest neighborhood. Strict height limits did not allow the
roofline to be raise, so additional living space was added by lowering the
floor of the daylight basement.
