Master Plan for a
150,000 sq. ft. facility that can be constructed in phases on a 15 acre site.
Phase 1 included 92,000 sq. ft. including a Sanctuary with room
for 3,000 seats (1,500 seats provided initially). Designed similar to a
shopping mall, incremental phases open onto a generous foyer.
